We specialise in management of challenging behaviour, with over 20 years of experience. Our directors provide continuous support and training to other staff and participants. All of our staff have MAPA accreditation (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) This includes the support of people who may be subject to restrictive practice.
Assistance with Travel/
Assisting with travel and transport of participants
Household Tasks & Cleaning
Assisting participants with daily household tasks such as domestic cleaning services.
Assistance in Daily Tasks/ Shared Living
Focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. This registration group includes short-term accommodation and assistance (e.g. respite care)
Assistance in coordinating/ managing life stages & transitions
Short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community
High Intensity Daily Personal
Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible.
Development of Daily Living
& Life Skills
Training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.
Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities
Assisting participants to engage actively in community, social and civic activities.
Group/ Centre-based Activities
Assisting participants to participate in group-based community, social and recreational activities.
