Equality Disability and Health Care Services is formally a registered NDIS service provider. In this sense, we are audited as part of our registration process to ensure we meet stringent safety, quality, and compliance requirements established by the NDIS safeguard commission. As a result, to ensure the quality of our work, we are regularly asked to get an independent audit done to determine our compliance.
We are a registered NDIS provider and specialise in managing challenging behaviour. Our directors provide continuous support and training to staff and participants. All staff have MAPA accreditation (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression).
