About Our NDIS Services

We are a registered NDIS service provider. We commit to providing the highest quality NDIS services available. Our personnel possesses the necessary qualifications, expertise, and commitment to assist you in achieving the desired level of service that you are expecting from us. This includes undertaking a national police check, a working with children check, first aid and CPR training, as well as regular training (such as MAPA).

The committed and caring care specialists at Equality Disability and Health Care Services have been offering high-quality, private, in-home care services for individuals living with a disability since 2018. We can now provide these life-changing services to even more New South Wales children, young people, and adults with disabilities, thanks to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

What does registered NDIS service provider mean?

Australians with disabilities are eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is operated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). In order to better serve individuals who have a disability, the program has been restructured to better accommodate their particular set of requirements and ambitions. The program allows individuals with disabilities and their families and caregivers greater control over their own lives and the care they receive by giving direct assistance.

Equality Disability and Health Care Services is formally a registered NDIS service provider. In this sense, we are audited as part of our registration process to ensure we meet stringent safety, quality, and compliance requirements established by the NDIS safeguard commission. As a result, to ensure the quality of our work, we are regularly asked to get an independent audit done to determine our compliance.

A hallmark of quality

We are a registered NDIS provider and specialise in managing challenging behaviour. Our directors provide continuous support and training to staff and participants. All staff has MAPA accreditation (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression).

What does this mean?

Being an NDIS registered provider is a hallmark of our experience and the quality of the work that we do with the individuals we work with. To achieve NDIS registration we have to meet strict government quality and safety guidelines. This means the people we work with can be assured that they are in the hands of experienced, trained, and accredited professionals. The well-being and safety of the individuals we work with is our top priority and our NDIS registration demonstrates our commitment to this.
